Rental periods are for three, six, and twelve months. Payments may only be made by check or money order to the City of Phoenix Public Transit Department and are to be paid in full for the term of the agreement. Contracts are available at the City of Phoenix Public Transit Deptartment, Suite 700, 302 N. 1st Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85003, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
