Southwest Valley ADA Service

*Request service by calling Phoenix Dial-a-Ride at (602) 253-4000 during ADA service reservation hours (8 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily). Trips can be scheduled one to 14 days in advance. Any request for service in the Southwest Valley must be within the service area and during service hours.

ADA Service Hours

 

Southwest Valley provides ADA service only.
Monday–Friday 5 a.m.–11 p.m.
Saturday 5 a.m.–10 p.m.
No service on Sundays or national holidays when fixed-route bus service is not provided.

Fares

 

Fare for service is $2.50 for all trips originating in the Southwest Valley ADA service area. Only passengers that are ADA-certified can travel to or from the Southwest Valley ADA service area on Phoenix Dial-a-Ride.

*Cash and Regional Dial-a-Ride tickets are accepted.

Transfer Policy

 

To/From Other Dial-a-Ride Providers:
Transfers to Phoenix Dial-a-Ride can be coordinated. ADA passengers pay a flat-rate fare to the Dial-a-Ride provider serving the area where their trip begins; they are not required to pay additional fares or charges when transferring to another Dial-a-Ride provider
