Surprise Dial-a-Ride

Surprise Dial-a-Ride provides service to the general public.

Service Hours*

Monday–Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

*No service on national and state holidays.

Call Hours

Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
It is reccomended that you book your trips two to 14 days in advance; however, same day trips may be available.

Fares*

Residents over 5 years (within Surprise) $1.00
Residents going to Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Youngtown $1.25
Residents traveling to the Valley Metro bus stop at 111th and Grand avenues $1.25 Cash only. Exact change required.

Transfer Policy

Passengers connecting to the Wickenburg Route 660 will pay $1.00 for the Dial-a-Ride trip to the bus stop at City Hall in Surprise, and $3.00 for the Route 660 trip to Wickenburg. Fare from City Hall to Arrowhead Towne Center Mall is $1.25. The fare is also $1.25 to and from the bus stop at 111th and Grand.
