Holiday Service

Bus service is provided 365 days a year on all local routes in Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe.

Routes with Sunday bus service will operate on the following major holidays using a Sunday schedule.

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day-Observed
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

The Transit Information Call Center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on these holidays, not including Independence Day.

Regular bus service is provided on all Valley Metro routes on:

• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
• Cesar Chavez Day
• Presidents Day
• Columbus Day
• Veterans Day
• The day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• New Year's Eve

The Transit Information Call Center is open regular hours from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. on these holidays.
