Holiday Service

Transit service is provided 365 days a year on all local routes in Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe.

Routes with Sunday service will operate on the following major holidays using a Sunday schedule.

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day-Observed
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Regular service is provided on all Valley Metro routes on:

  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
  • Cesar Chavez Day
  • Presidents Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans Day
  • The day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • New Year’s Eve
