Each April, Valley Metro and cities county-wide celebrate the weather, fresh air, and outdoors by helping you get on your bike. A variety of community rides, bicycle fairs, and safety demonstrations take place—bringing thousands of residents together to enjoy bikes as an economical and recreational activity. Past events have included the Avondale Spring Fling & Family Resource Fair, Tempe Bike-A-Palooza, Peoria Pioneer Days Family Bike Ride, RideClean Arizona Championship Criterium Race, Glendale Family Bike Ride, Scottsdale Cycle the Arts, and the Great Bike Chase.
