Lost and Found

Valley Metro provides transit routes operated by several different operators. For your convenience, we’re providing you with the lost and found number for the individual operators of each route so you can save time by calling the correct lost and found location directly.

If you’ve lost an item, please contact the agency that operates the route from the list below. You must call in advance to arrange to pick up items.

METRO Light Rail

The Lost and Found – City of Phoenix Public Transit Department handles all items found on METRO Light Rail. Found items are held at Central Station located at 300 North Central (Central Ave. and Van Buren Ave.) You can call them between 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Veolia Phoenix operates RAPID I-10 East, I-17 West, SR-51, Express routes 581, 582, 590 and Local Routes 0, 1, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16, 19, 27, 32, 35, 39, 44, 50, 52, 60, 70, 80, 90, 106, 122, 138, 154, 170, 186, Circulators DART, DASH, DEER RUN and SMART.

First Transit operates RAPID I-10 West, Express routes 560, 570 and Local Routes 3, 3A, 13, 17, 17A, 29, 29A, 41, 43, 51, 59, 67, 131 and Grand Avenue Limited.

MV-Transportation operates the Circulator ALEX and City of Phoenix Dial-A-Ride.

Veolia Tempe operates Express Routes 510, 512, 520, 521 and Local Routes 56, 62, 65, 66, 72, 76, 77, 81, 108, and Circulator routes Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Mercury, Venus, Flash Back and Flash Forward.

The City of Glendale operates the Circulators GUS 1, GUS 2, GUS 3
