Transfer Policy

To/From Fixed-Route Bus Service: Passengers transferring to or from fixed route bus service pay full fare.

To/From Other Dial-a-Ride Providers: Transfers are coordinated but no discount is offered; non-ADA passengers transferring to Glendale Dial-a-Ride pay full fares. ADA passengers pay a flat-rate fare to the Dial-a-Ride provider where that trip begins. ADA passengers are not required to pay additional fares or charges when transferring to another Dial-a-Ride provider.
