ADA Service

Service Hours

Monday - Friday:  4:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Weekends & Holidays: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

Reservation Hours

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Reservation Window: 1-14 days in advance


$1.00 - ADA and ADA companion
$1.50 - Ages 6-15 (must be accompanied by an adult)
$3.00 - Ages 16-65
$1.50 - Seniors over the age of 65 and others with disabilities
Cash and Peoria Dial-a-Ride passes accepted.

Non-ADA Service

Service Hours

Monday - Friday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
No service weekends or holidays

Reservation Hours

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Reservation Window: 1 day in advance (no same day service)

Transfer Policy

To/From Fixed-Route Bus Service:
Transfer slips are neither issued nor accepted. Moreover, Platinum Pass and monthly passes are not accepted by Peoria Dial-a-Ride. No discount is offered; transferring passengers pay full fares.

To/From Other Dial-a-Ride Providers:
Transfers to Sun City (Valley Metro) and Glendale Dial-a-Ride can be coordinated. No discount is offered; passengers transferring to Peoria Dial-a-Ride pay full fares. ADA passengers pay a flat-rate fare to the Dial-a-Ride provider serving the area where their trip begins; they are not required to pay additional fares or charges when transferring to another Dial-a-Ride provider.

Dial-a-Ride Plus

A special limited service is offered to Peoria’s seniors and persons with disabilities. Dial-a-Ride Plus transports passengers to the neighboring medical campuses of Sun City (Boswell), Glendale (Banner Thunderbird) and Arrowhead (restrictions apply).
