Phoenix Dial-a-Ride provides service seven days a week to seniors and persons with disabilities.

Non-ADA Service Hours

Monday–Friday 5 a.m.–Midnight
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays* 5 a.m.–10 p.m.

ADA Service Hours

Monday–Friday 5 a.m.–Midnight
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays* 5 a.m.–10 p.m.

Reservations Center (for Non-ADA Service)

Monday–Friday 5 a.m.–10 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays* 5 a.m.–9 p.m.
*New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Seniors, Persons with Disabilities, and Youths (ages 18 and under)

Cash Regional Dial-a-Ride tickets and ADA Monthly Pass are accepted.

Transfer Policy

To/From Other Dial-a-Ride Providers:
Transfers to Glendale and East Valley Dial-a-Ride and Paradise Valley ADA Service can be coordinated. Non-ADA passengers transferring to Phoenix Dial-a-Ride receive a $.50 discount. (Please note, however, that passengers transferring to Glendale Dial-a-Ride do not receive this discount.) ADA passengers pay a flat-rate fare to the Dial-a-Ride provider serving the area where their trip begins; they are not required to pay additional fares or charges when transferring to another Dial-a-Ride provider.
