Contracts and Purchasing

The METRO Procurement Office is responsible for purchasing all goods and services required for the Central Phoenix/East Valley Light Rail Transit Project. The Light Rail Transit Project is one of the largest infrastructure projects ever undertaken in this region and will offer a wide range of contracting opportunities.

METRO is dedicated to ensuring full and open competition, as well as equitable treatment of all parties participating in our procurement process.

As required by the Federal Transit Administration, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation is required on METRO contracts. We are committed to the utilization of certified DBEs in all phases of this program.
