To Bidders and Offerors For Central Phoenix/East Valley Light Rail Transit Project Procurements

This METRO Procurement is subject to Federal Transit Administration (“FTA”) Funding and Third Party Contracting Requirements.

This advisory places all bidders/offerors on notice that all specified contractor requirements/obligations/deliverables/including but not limited to QA/QC plans, Safety Plans, and General Requirements identified and included as part of this procurement will not be waived and must be factored and included with any bid/offer submitted to METRO.

Valley Metro shall not provide any relief to a contractor for any error or omission regarding the specified requirements/obligations/deliverables.

Consistent with the FTA requirements referenced above, METRO advises all bidder/offerors that it fully intends to enforce all material elements of this procurement and resulting contract.
