Purchase Fare Online

Passes purchased online are not downloadable or available to print. When purchasing a pass online, allow 5-7 business days for processing, not including delivery time via USPS mail or delivery service. Passes can be physically purchased at one of our many Fare Outlets if they are needed within 7 business days.

Currently, orders for less than 20 passes or $100 are shipped via USPS mail and sent to the shipping address provided by the purchaser. Orders for 20 (or more) passes or $100 (or more) will be shipped via Fed Ex services and sent to the shipping address provided by the purchaser.

Notes for Fed Ex delivery service orders:

  • Must be a physical address and not a PO Box
  • A signature is required
  • Orders to a residential/business address are not guaranteed to be delivered to the name on the waybill (Business deliveries are normally dropped off at the front desk or shipping area)
  • If an order is signed for, that has been delivered opened or tampered and items are missing, then the customer is assuming responsibility by accepting the order
  • Packages delivered opened and/or tampered should be rejected and returned to sender
