Service Changes Occurred On July 27

Service changes for bus and light rail occur on Monday, July 27. Please check bus and light rail schedules to verify your trip times. Questions or comments about service changes can be directed to Customer Service by calling (602) 253-5000 or e-mail at csr@valleymetro.org.

SERVICE & ROUTE CHANGES

ALEX (Phoenix) - Service now operates on a 40 min. schedule during weekdays and an hourly schedule on weekends, with route changes. Friday and Saturday evening hours have been extended.

DART (Phoenix) - Service now operates on an hourly schedule, with route changes.

DEER RUN (Phoenix) - Service now operates on an hourly schedule.

Downtown BUZZ (Mesa) - Last weekday evening trips (both directions) have been eliminated. Saturday service now operates on an hourly schedule.

METRO light rail – Friday and Saturday evening hours have been extended with the last trip of the day beginning at 2 a.m., arriving at the opposite end-of-line station at 3 a.m. Sunday service frequency is now every 20 minutes.

Route 7L (7th St Limited) - This route is being suspended.

Route 30 (University) - No longer travels north of University Dr. and now loops around Banner Baywood Hospital. Last weekday evening trip into Mesa has been eliminated.

Route 44 (44th St/Tatum) - Southbound route ends at University and Hohokam Drive. No longer serves downtown Tempe.

Route 45 (Broadway) - Last weekday evening trip into Mesa has been eliminated.

Route 65 (Mill/Kyrene) - Weekend service to Chandler has been eliminated.

Route 66 (Mill/ 68th Street) - No longer travels to Scottsdale Fashion Square and ends at Loloma Station. Saturday service in Scottsdale has been adjusted to Sunday service frequency.

Route 76 (Miller) - The Saturday schedule now matches the Sunday schedule.

Route 81 (Hayden/McClintock) - Saturday service in Scottsdale has been adjusted to Sunday service frequency.

Route 84 (Granite Reef) - Service is being eliminated as part of Scottsdale’s budget reduction process. The free neighborhood trolley will help passengers travel along the southern portion of the route and Route 76 will offer access to Scottsdale Community College.

Route 104 (Alma School) - Last weekday evening trips (both directions) in Mesa have been eliminated. South turnaround loop in Chandler has changed.

Route 108 (Elliot) - Weekend service to Chandler, Gilbert and Mesa has been eliminated with the route beginning and ending at ASU Research Park.

Route 120 (Mesa Dr) - Last weekday northbound and southbound trips in Mesa have been eliminated.

Route 128 (Stapley) - Last weekday northbound and southbound trips in Mesa have been eliminated.

Route 156 (Chandler Blvd/Williams Field Road) Service no longer travels into Phoenix and ends at 56th St. in west Chandler.

Route 531 (Mesa/Gilbert Express) - Service has been re-routed in Mesa to travel on Southern Ave. instead of Broadway Rd.
