Welcome to Paradise Valley ADA Service!
Valley Metro fixed-route bus service is a great option for some Dial-a-Ride users. Why not see if the bus is going your way! For information on routes and schedules as well as trip-planning assistance, call Valley Metro at (602) 253-5000, TTY at (602) 251-2039, or plan your bus trip now!
1. To travel within the service area in Paradise Valley or to request trips to or from any of the East Valley cites of Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale or Tempe, call East Valley Dial-a-Ride at (480) 633-0101.
2. Request service to or from the City of Phoenix or a West Valley city by calling Phoenix Dial-a-Ride at (602) 253-4000 during ADA service reservation hours (8 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily). Trips can be scheduled one to 14 days in advance. Any request for service in Paradise Valley must be within the service area and during service hours.
Paradise Valley provides ADA service only.
Phoenix: Seven days a week 5 a.m.–10 p.m.
East Valley: Seven days a week 4 a.m. - 1 a.m.
Within Paradise Valley service area: Seven days a week 4 a.m. - midnight
Phoenix: Seven days a week 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
East Valley: Seven days a week 6 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Cash and Regional Dial-a-Ride tickets are accepted.
Phoenix (ADA trips) - $4.00
East Valley (ADA trips) - $4.00
Trips within Paradise Valley service area - $4.00
To/From Other Dial-a-Ride Providers: Trips to locations in West Valley cities will be coordinated by Phoenix DAR and you may be required to transfer to another Dial-a-Ride provider. All transfer points are outside the town of Paradise Valley.
ADA passengers pay a flat-rate fare to the Dial-a-Ride provider serving the area where their trip begins; they are not required to pay additional fares or charges when transferring to another Dial-a-Ride provider.
