ADA Service Hours
Monday–Friday 5 a.m.–10 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays* 5 a.m.–10 p.m.
*New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Reservations Center (for ADA Service)
Seven days a week 8 a.m.–9 p.m.
Trips can be scheduled one to 14 days in advance.
Fares
$4.00 - ADA Trips
Cash, Regional Dial-a-Ride tickets, Phoenix Dial-a-Ride tickets and ADA Monthly Pass are accepted.
Transfer Policy
To/From Other Dial-a-Ride Providers:
Transfers to Glendale and East Valley Dial-a-Ride and Paradise Valley ADA Service can be coordinated. ADA passengers pay a flat-rate fare to the Dial-a-Ride provider serving the area where their trip begins; they are not required to pay additional fares or charges when transferring to another Dial-a-Ride provider.
