East Valley RideChoice Program
Seniors and persons with disabilities can travel to their favorite destinations by taxi using a reloadable fare card. This new and improved program replaces Coupons for Cabs and Dialysis Vouchers. To qualify, you must be 65 years of age or older or disabled, and you must reside in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa or Tempe. There are two program options you may qualified for:
The RideChoice Fare Card allows customers to load value onto their card with a portion of the amount subsidized by the city of residence (see chart below for example of subsidy offered). Once approved, you can load money onto your RideChoice Fare Card and book your next trip with a participating taxi provider. To check your card balance or add value to your card, click on the “Add Value to Your Card Here” button.
The RideChoice Medical Trip Card provides dialysis patients with free rides to and from your home to the closest dialysis center. Depending on your city of residence, program participation may be limited.
How to Apply
