Service Area for Paradise Valley ADA

Reservations: (602) 253-4000

Request service by calling Phoenix Dial-a-Ride at (602) 253-4000 during ADA service reservation hours (8 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily). Trips can be scheduled one to 14 days in advance. Any request for service in Paradise Valley must be within the service area and during service hours.

Paradise Valley provides ADA service only.
Seven days a week 5 a.m.–10 p.m.

Reservation Center

Seven days a week 8 a.m.–6 p.m.

ADA passengers $ 2.50
Cash only.

Transfer Policy

To/From Other Dial-a-Ride Providers: Paradise Valley passengers wanting to travel to or from the East Valley Dial-a-Ride service area should call East Valley Dial-a-Ride at (480) 633-0101 to book these trips. Trips to locations in West Valley cities will be coordinated by Phoenix DAR and you may be required to transfer to another Dial-a-Ride provider. All transfer points are outside the town of Paradise Valley.

ADA passengers pay a flat-rate fare to the Dial-a-Ride provider serving the area where their trip begins; they are not required to pay additional fares or charges when transferring to another Dial-a-Ride provider.
