    Peoria Dial-a-Ride provides service to the general public, seniors and persons with disabilities.

    Non-ADA trips must be reserved by 5 p.m. the day before the trip; ADA trips must be reserved between one and 14 days in advance.

    Non-ADA Service Hours

    Monday-Friday 6 a.m.-6 p.m.
    No service on national holidays.

    ADA Service Hours

    Monday-Friday 4:30 a.m.-9 p.m.
    Saturday-Sunday/Holidays 6:00 a.m.-10:00**

    Reservations Center

    Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
    Saturday-Sunday/Holidays 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.**
    **Please leave a message if you wish to reserve an ADA trip.
    Closed on national holidays. A reservation can be made for ADA trips only by leaving a message on the answering machine.

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when making non-ADA trips.

Group Discounts

  • 20-Ride Punch Pass for General Public and ADA Passengers $54.00
  • 20-Ride Punch Pass for Seniors, Youth and Persons with Disabilities 18.00

Cash and Peoria Dial-a-Ride passes accepted.

Transfer Policy

To/From Fixed-Route Bus Service:
Transfer slips are neither issued nor accepted. Moreover, Bus Card Plus and monthly passes are not accepted by Peoria Dial-a-Ride. No discount is offered; transferring passengers pay full fares.

To/From Other Dial-a-Ride Providers:
Transfers to Sun City Area Transit (SCAT) and Glendale Dial-a-Ride can be coordinated. No discount is offered; passengers transferring to Peoria Dial-a-Ride pay full fares. ADA passengers pay a flat-rate fare to the Dial-a-Ride provider serving the area where their trip begins; they are not required to pay additional fares or charges when transferring to another Dial-a-Ride provider.

Dial-a-Ride Plus

A special limited service is offered to Peoria’s seniors and persons with disabilities. Dial-a-Ride Plus transports passengers to the neighboring medical campuses of Sun City (Boswell), Glendale (Banner Thunderbird) and Arrowhead.
