Regional Fare Policy Study

Study to determine five year Regional Fare Policy including fare structure and fare pass programs for an integrated bus and rail system. Outcomes should include a fare structure and pass programs that may include analysis and revisions to the structure adopted in 2005 with goals and objectives, farebox recovery targets, and pass programs for a seamless bus and rail network. New pass programs that compliment the new fareboxes will be considered.
