Photography/Filming Requests

Getting Started. Call Valley Metro Public Information Officer Susan Tierney at least one week in advance prior to the planned filming or photography date at 602-262-4668. Email a letter of intent to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), along with a concept detailing how and when services would be accessed. Please provide purpose of the shoot and intended location.

You may be required to provide proof of appropriate insurance coverage. The Certificate of Insurance names Valley Metro as an additional insured and includes all insurance requirements requested by Valley Metro such as:

• Workers Compensation coverage
• Commercial General Liability
• Automobile Liability

Valley Metro’s Image. Valley Metro Regional Public Transportation Authority, its employees or agents, must not be presented in a negative manner. In general, filming and photography must not portray public transportation as an unsafe or dangerous environment. Filming must not include scenes that depict the following: suicide, attempted suicide, pushing someone in front of an operating bus or train, violence, or sexually explicit activity or assault on transit property.

Valley Metro regulates and controls the use of its intellectual property, including but not limited to its name, marks, logos, insignias, designs and/or symbols.
