Capital Improvement Program
Valley Metro's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a 5 year plan developed to meet the capital maintenance needs of both Valley Metro Rail and the Regional Public Transportation Authority while ensuring available revenues are efficiently utilized to support the existing infrastructure, assets, and state of good repair needs.
Annual Comprehensive Financial Report
State statute requires that the Valley Metro Regional Public Transportation Authority issue a report on its financial position and activity, and that this report be audited by an independent firm of certified public accountants.
