Valley Metro’s Contracts and Procurement Department is responsible for purchasing all goods and services for the Agency. We are dedicated to ensuring full and open competition, as well as equitable treatment of all parties participating in our procurement process.

Valley Metro is dedicated to providing a safe and healthy environment for its passengers and employees. All contractors and vendors currently doing business or wishing to do business with Valley Metro must comply with the Code of Federal Regulations 29 CFR 1910 and the Valley Metro System Safety Program Plan (SSPP).

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation is considered on all federally funded Valley Metro contracts. Valley Metro is committed to socially and economically disadvantaged, minority, women and small businesses participating in contracting opportunities.

Vendor Tools and Resources
