The experience working for Valley Metro has been invaluable for me and serving the community in a public service capacity is rewarding. There are many opportunities for advancement. On a side note, vehicle operators and security staff are employees of companies that contract with Valley Metro. Alternate Concepts, Inc. employs our light rail operators, and Allied Universal manages our security staff. Bus operators are employed by different companies based on the service location.
