While Valley Metro operates during the COVID-19 pandemic, our Customer Service Representatives are continuing to provide information and trip-planning assistance to passengers.

We are currently experiencing a higher call volume than normal. Callers should expect longer wait times when trying to speak with a customer service representative at 602.253.5000.

Beginning Monday, October 26, 2020, Customer Service Hours are changing. 

  • Weekdays: 6 a.m.- 8 p.m.
  • Saturday: 7 a.m.- 7 p.m.
  • Sunday & designated holidays: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
