Face coverings are required inside all Valley Metro buildings until further notice.

The Valley Metro Mobility Center is now open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. for all services.

The Tempe Transit Store at Tempe Transportation Center will be closed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Fares may be purchased at fare vending machines located on light rail platforms, at participating retailers or online.

Customer service windows at the following transit centers are open for face covering distribution only (as supply allows):

  • Central Station (Central Avenue and Van Buren Street)
  • Ed Pastor (Central Avenue and Broadway Road)
  • Sunnyslope (3rd Street and Dunlap Avenue)
  • Metrocenter (Metrocenter Mall)

At this time, Valley Metro's administrative office at 101 N. 1st Avenue in Phoenix is closed to the public.
