We encourage riders to report any inappropriate behavior. This includes people who are being loud, rude or harassing, as well as suspicious behavior and criminal activity. The safety of our passengers is our top priority
When riding the bus
Take note of the bus number, route number, direction of the bus and the approximate location
- Talk to the operator
- Contact Customer Service at (602) 253-5000
- Call police non-emergency numbers
- 9-1-1 for emergency and criminal activity
When riding light rail
Take note of the train number, direction of the train and the approximate location. We ask that all riders follow the Respect the Ride code of conduct.

Reporting issues
- Report any suspicious activity to a security officer or a Customer Experience Coordinator.
- Use the emergency call button inside the train. There are six on each vehicle.
- Each light rail platform is equipped with an emergency call button that you can use to contact security.
- Be sure to provide the train number and location.
