riders wearing face masks enter light rail train

Valley Metro is committed to the safety of our riders and employees and will continue to follow guidance from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and government agencies regarding COVID-19.

On Thursday, March 25, Gov. Ducey announced that the State of Arizona will be relaxing its COVID-19 restrictions on businesses and events. Even with this announcement, Valley Metro and public transit agencies are still required to comply with the federal mask mandate. The federal mandate requires that all public transit riders wear a face covering while at stops, stations and on-board.

Follow Valley Metro on Twitter for COVID-19 service updates and locations of face mask distributions.
