A number of cities offer additional Dial-a-Ride services for seniors, individuals with disabilities and other residents. These services are in addition to ADA Dial-a-Ride Service which is provided to meet the requirements of the ADA.

Because non-ADA Dial-a-Ride services are funded locally by those cities who offer it, eligibility for service, service hours, areas served, fares and other policies vary. What follows is a summary of the service available for those cities who offer it. For more information about non-ADA Dial-a-Ride contact Valley Metro’s Customer Service Department at (602) 716-2100.
